A practical guide for using the website as a customer, admin, or partner, with the main daily tasks explained clearly.

Customer Guide

Customers use the website to request services, track requests, read the blog, or contact the team.

Browse Services

  • Open the services page.
  • Choose the required main or sub service.
  • Review the description and approximate price if available.

Request a Service

  • Open the request service page.
  • Fill name, phone, WhatsApp, email, and service type.
  • Add clear request details, then submit the form.
  • After submission, a request number is created for tracking.

Track a Request

  • Open the tracking page.
  • Enter the request number, for example REQ-20260502-00001.
  • View the request status: new, in progress, waiting customer, completed, or cancelled.

Admin Guide

Admins manage website content, requests, customers, invoices, payments, expenses, users, and reports.

Dashboard

  • Review latest service requests.
  • Monitor customers, payments, and expenses.
  • Open requests requiring follow-up.

Service Requests

  • Open a request and review customer/service details.
  • Update status and priority.
  • Assign a partner or agent when needed.
  • Create an invoice linked to the request.

Customers

  • Add or edit customer details.
  • Review customer requests.
  • View customer statement.

Services

  • Create main or sub services.
  • Enter Arabic and English names.
  • Set price, sorting, and active status.

Blog

  • Add a new post with a required cover photo.
  • Write title and content in Arabic and English.
  • Choose category and whether it is featured/published.

Invoices & Payments

  • Create invoices with items, VAT, and discount.
  • Record payments against invoices.
  • Print invoices and receipts.

Expenses & Reports

  • Record company expenses by category.
  • Print expense vouchers.
  • View profit and loss reports by date range.

Users & Settings

  • Add users and set roles.
  • Set partner commission settings.
  • Update website, bank, and contact details.

Partner Guide

Partners use their accounts to add customer requests and track request statuses and commissions.

Add a New Request

  • Log in to the admin panel with a partner account.
  • Create a new service request.
  • Enter customer details and required service.
  • Submit the request so the admin team can follow up.

Track Requests

  • View requests linked to the partner account.
  • Track each request status and creation date.
  • Contact the admin team if customer details are incomplete.

Commissions

  • View pending, approved, and paid commissions.
  • Commission type is set by admin: fixed amount or percentage.
  • Final commission depends on request status and admin approval.

Important Questions

Who can access the admin panel?

Admins, staff, and partners according to their assigned accounts and permissions.

Can partners see all requests?

No, partners should only see requests linked to their account.

What if a blog image does not appear?

Make sure the image uploaded successfully, storage path works, then clear cache.

What should I do after uploading code changes?

Run cache clear so changes appear immediately: php artisan optimize:clear.
